Yeah, life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year. There's a $15 admin fee per month when it's frozen, which basically just covers keeping your spot. Just give us a week's notice before you wanna freeze it.

We need 30 days written notice - email works fine. No penalty or anything like that, we're not gonna hold you hostage. You'll just pay out the rest of that month and you're good. We don't do those annoying long-term contracts that lock you in forever.

We do day passes for $25 if you wanna test things out before committing. Honestly though, most people find the monthly membership makes more sense after like 4 visits. We also do a free trial session where you can meet the coaches and see if it's your vibe.

Absolutely. Everyone starts somewhere, right? We've got total newbies training alongside competitive athletes. The programming scales to your level, and the coaches will make sure you're not biting off more than you can chew. We'd rather see you move well at lighter weights than struggle with bad form.

Monthly memberships get charged automatically to your credit card or bank account - your choice. We use Stripe for processing so everything's secure. First month is due when you sign up, then it's auto-billed on the same date each month after that.

Yeah, no problem. Upgrading happens right away - you just pay the difference prorated for that month. Downgrading kicks in at your next billing cycle. We get that priorities change, so we keep it flexible.

Just wear something you can move in and bring some water. We've got cubbies for your stuff. If you've got your own lifting shoes or knee sleeves, cool, but it's not required. Most people train in regular running shoes until they figure out what they need. We've got chalk, bands, and all the other gear here.

We've got changing rooms and showers - separate for men and women. Day lockers are free to use during your session, just bring your own lock. If you want a permanent locker that's yours 24/7, those are $10/month extra. We don't provide towels though, so bring your own.
